Many of the products and services we offer are our own. We believe strongly that if we provide a product or service we should provide support for it as well. For example, our cloud backup solutions always include the ongoing monitoring and maintenance to ensure backups are functioning properly. We further assist our clients in restoring data if needed.

There are some products and services that we do not offer directly, although we recognize their importance. These are mostly for the Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) and Do-It-Yourself-ers who prefer to build and manage their own solutions. If you are in this category and would prefer to do things yourself rather than have our local office support your needs, we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.

We believe our own Guardian Secure and Guardian Secure Plus backup solutions are the best in their class. That’s why we offer them to our clients, which are generally companies with 20-100 computers. When DIY small office/home office (SOHO) business owners ask for alternatives without all the features and support, we point them to Acronis.
